WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Our classes are designed for all levels. You don’t need any equipment for many classes. You can always level up with the IsoMaxx Sports Strap, Escrima Sticks, Boxing Gloves, and a few other things we may introduce down the line, depending on your level of training or the program you choose.
HOW DO I JOIN?
Go to the courses pages and decide what level of participation is right for you. Don't forget your first purchase is 10% off, and you can save more by bundling. For instance you may buy different levels all at once and save big.
WHAT CLASS TYPES DO YOU OFFER?
If you’re not familiar with our class types, don’t be intimidated—here is a quick run down now. Our class types fall into 4 categories: Online Live Classes, Offline Courses, Private Lessons, Seminars and Workshops.
